We hope you love your DYLAN piece. Each item is crafted and curated with care, but if something isn’t quite right, we accept returns within 30 days of purchase. All items must be unworn, in original condition, and include their tags.

Our jewelry pieces are final sale, as each one is one-of-a-kind and thoughtfully repurposed. If your piece arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact dylanunderwear@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery — our team will make it right.

Customers are responsible for return shipping. For your peace of mind, we recommend using a trackable service for items over $75.
